What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

We usually offer 30 day return policy for store credit. Depending on the way the purchase was made, we would be more than happy to discuss it with you.
Are any purchases final sale?

No the purchases are not final sale, at RARE Jewellery Deisgn we always make sure the customer is super happy with there purchase over a long period of time.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

On average shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on where you are based.
Where are your products manufactured?

We manufacture all of our products in house and we make sure the craftsmanship is up to standard. With the family having more than 100+ years in the business we are sure to always make your jewellery yours.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping varies depending on cost of ring, all orders over 1,000 euro the shipping on us.
